Dumb or lazy-which is worse

Which is a worse opinion, aspersions or sin of someone-being dumb or being lazy?
Dumb will mean no intelligence,no knowledge, hard to grasp, no ability. Hey sometimes we can live with this especially when we are not keen on something and not interested.
But I think what's worse is having the knowledge, skill, ability, means; and still you don't pick your butt off; still you don't want to work at it let alone hard at it. And worse- you are struggling, you blame others.
I would rather be dumb than lazy.
